About Northern Diver Military
Having been established for over 40 years, Northern Diver (International) Ltd are the UK Ministry of Defences chosen manufacturer to provide Diving and Life Support Equipment for use by our elite forces. We have a wealth of experience in the design and manufacture of diving apparel and associated equipment.
We hold several contracts worldwide to provide Military Diving Systems including Divers Wear, Underwater Breathing Systems, Diver Propulsion Vehicles and Divers Navigational Platforms. Our Military Product Range is vast and includes equipment designed for Clearance Divers – EOD Teams, Army, Navy and Marines. Combat Swimmers and Special Operators. Salvage Units. Underwater Demolition Teams, Rescue and Police Divers plus many more.Northern Diver can offer the complete envelope, as well as providing a full range of products we also offer service and maintenance of equipment, training and testing in-house at our facility in the North West of England.
On-site we have our very own 22.5m deepwater test tank, allowing us to effectively test our diving equipment and provide a place for divers to train and practice. Our HQ has been further enhanced by the 2021 addition of a cylinder testing facility.
THE MILITARY DEPARTMENT
Our expert military team have many years of combined experience, having all worked closely with the UK Ministry of Defence and many other clients and contracts worldwide. In addition to our military department, we have over 50 highly skilled and qualified members of staff. All offer a wealth of experience and commitment to the company’s continual growth, providing support across our four divisional diving sectors: Military, Commercial, Recreational and Rescue.
