Disposable Protective Medical Coverall

COVID-19 has changed something for all of us in many different ways. From the outset Northern Diver has been asked to direct of our procurement channels towards the acquisition of protective equipment. Our main focus became sourcing and securing high quality protective coveralls. Type 5/6 coveralls protect the wearer from hazardous substances to prevent contamination by people. It is designed to protect against fine particles (Type 5) and limited liquid splashes or sprays (Type 6). Non-covered areas should be protected by face masks, gloves and boots as illustrated in our photographs. KN95 Face Masks and FFP3 Face Masks are also available from Northern Diver.

Standards applied:
EU MDD Directive 93/42/EEC on Medical Devices as a Class 1 Device
EU Regulation (EU) 2017/745 on medical devices as a Class 1 Medical Device, with original implementation date May 2020, without the requirement for Regulation 2020/561 postponing implementation.
EU PPE Regulation 2016/425. The product is marked as a Class I PPE device and meets all requirements for a Class III PPE device.
