LAWS (Low Air Warning System)

Description

Low Air Warning System: Advanced Diver Safety and Gas Management

The Low Air Warning System is a revolutionary advancement in diver safety, offering precise gas management with unparalleled reliability. Equipped with dual transmitters, the system monitors both your Main Gas Supply and Bailout (Reserve) Gas Supply, ensuring you're always informed and prepared underwater.

Precision Placement for Optimal Transmission
The pressure transmitters are strategically mounted on the first stage regulators to maintain a short, localised range, ensuring optimal RF transmission. This precise placement delivers real-time, accurate pressure readings to enhance diver safety.

Head-Mounted Receiver with Clear Visual Alerts
Designed with safety in mind, our receivers include a clear indicator window that illuminates to alert you when gas levels are low. The indicators glow red for the Main Gas Supply and white for the Bailout Supply, providing a straightforward visual cue for you and your fellow divers, enhancing underwater communication and safety.

Head mount receiver:
The head-mounted receiver, compatible with Full Face Masks (FFMs) like the Odyssey, provides clear visual alerts without obstructing your field of vision. Positioned in the diver's peripheral view, it ensures critical gas status updates are easily visible:
  • Red light: Indicates low Main Gas pressure (flashing at 50 bar).
  • Green light: Signals readiness; flashes for low battery.
  • White light: Indicates low Bailout Gas pressure (flashing at 170 bar).
Multiple mounting bracket options allow compatibility with various mask designs, making this system highly versatile for different setups.

Long-Lasting and Rechargeable Performance
The receiver features a push on/off button and a magnetic charging cable for effortless operation. Its lithium iron rechargeable battery provides 4-5 days of runtime on a full charge, with a quick 2-hour charging time

Robust Pressure Sensors for Reliability
Operating at an RF Transmission Frequency of 125Khz, the pressure sensors are built from premium materials to ensure durability in harsh environments. Designed to fit all 7/16x20UNF H.P. first stage regulators, the transmitters are powered by user-replaceable 3v lithium CR123A batteries. Each replacement kit includes a new O-ring and cover to maintain reliability and safety, with a 1-year battery life (based on 100 dives annually).
